For more than 35 years, I've had the privilege of caring for individuals and families in hospitals, home health, pediatrics, mom/baby, school nursing, and complex case management. Throughout my career, one thing became clear: people don't just need healthcare; they need someone who can help them understand it.
Time and again, I met patients and families who felt overwhelmed by diagnoses, medications, insurance, and coordinating care between multiple providers. They weren't looking for another medical opinion; they were looking for someone they could trust to listen, explain, advocate, and guide them through the process. That's why I founded Lively Health Group.
I wanted to create a service where individuals and families receive personalized, nurse-led guidance during some of life's most challenging moments. Whether supporting an older adult who wants to remain independent, helping a family after a hospitalization, navigating a new diagnosis, or serving as a trusted Healthcare Agent, my goal is always the same: to simplify healthcare, reduce stress, and help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based nursing practice, professional ethics, and client-first advocacy. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager, I work alongside clients and their healthcare teams to improve communication, coordinate care, and ensure every decision reflects the client's goals and best interests.
My commitment to this work is also personal. Like many of the families I serve, I've experienced healthcare from both the professional and personal perspectives. Those experiences have deepened my compassion and reinforced my belief that every person deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

Our services can be billed at $200 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments, or we can create a customized package or retainer for families requiring ongoing support.
After your complimentary consultation, we will recommend the option that best fits your needs, goals, and desired level of involvement. Families can also purchase support packages for loved ones facing a healthcare crisis, recovering from hospitalization, welcoming a new baby, managing a chronic condition, or navigating a major life transition.
