Do You provide medical care or treatment?
No. Lively Health Group provides advocacy, navigation, and care coordination not hands-on medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Our value is nursing judgment: we know how the system works, what questions to ask, and what good care should look like, and we apply that knowledge on your behalf.
Do I have to live near Austin to work with you?
We participate in virtual calls and phone consults across the country, with select on-site presence for local meetings to assist with documentation in Liberty Hill, Leander, Georgetown and the Greater Austin area in person, and families nationwide through secure telehealth. Sheri holds a Texas compact nursing license plus California, Illinois, and Oregon licenses.
